The World Taiji Boxing Association

A Saturday and Sunday training session once a month in London, split into four classes.

Class 1. Saturday, 11am till 1.30pm Tai Chi slow form old Yang and Qigong.
Class 2. Saturday, 2.30pm till 5pm Small and Large San-Sau and Push Hands.
Class 3. Sunday 11am till 1.30pm Self-defence drills and training methods, punching kicking etc.
Class 4. Sunday 2.30pm till 5pm Bagua Circular and Linear form and circle walking etc.

Cost will be £20 for one class, £30 for two, £40 for three, and £50 for all four.

These classes will be ongoing like any other weekly class, but once a month instead.
Each class date will be listed at least a month in advance so you have plenty of time to prepare.

Should be somewhere central London, but will have to see about hall hire.

Croydon Surrey Tai Chi Class. Monday nights from 7pm till 9pm. Covering Yang Lu-ch'an's Old Yang Style Tai Chi Form, San-Sau Fighting Forms, Real Push Hands for self-defence, Qigong, Fa-jing Training, Dim-Mak etc.
£10.00 per person, £7.00 Concession.

Chigwell Essex Tuesdays 7pm till 8.30pm

Tuesday night London tai chi and Bagua class Now Running.
A weekly two hour training session with Eli Montaigue in London.
This is a small class of only about 5 people, so you get practically a two hour private class for £15!

What ever you want to learn is what you'll be taught, though of course there will probably be someone else training in the same thing as you, so you shouldn't be alone!
Others are currently training in, Yang Lu-ch'an's form, Yang Cheng-fu's form, Bagua Circular form,
Small and Large San-Sau, Wudang, and Push Hands etc.

Classes are £15.00, or £10.00 concession.
